The Lavender Zine - Issue 001

A Queer Anarchist Zine, promoting the voices of Transgender, Transsexual, and Gender Non Conforming peoples. The Lavender Linguistics is a semi-profit zine, wherein 25% of the profit is distributed evenly among the contributors, 25% of the profit goes towards running the zine, and 50% of the proceeds are donated to that month’s chosen organization/association/collective.

The August proceeds will be donated to the Transgender Gender-Variant Intersex Justice Project (TGIJP). TGIJP provides assistance towards black trans leaders inside & outside of prisons, jails, and other locked facilities through political education & leadership development. Their re-entry program assists community members returning home to gain access to housing, resources, and long-term employment. TGIJP also provides Legal support through their Drop-in legal clinic, Weekly Mail Nights and Legal guides for Trans, Gender-variant, and Intersex people fighting for Gender Justice.
